Have you recently started a new business? Do you know you need a professional headshot on your website but you hate taking photos? The thing you might not be considering is hiring a professional photographer near you. When you work with someone who has a ton of experience they can make you not only comfortable but you will end up with images you actually like!
One of my best selling points is that I have a SKILL of making people comfortable in front of the camera. I have honed this skill over 18 years in the industry & can guarantee you will get images you love.
I love working with clients out in the wild but studio shooting is so special as well. I love the limited distractions in the space & the ability to tweak it to the needs of the moment. I’ve gotten a sneak peek at the new space with my client & friend Kat of The Fernseed to bring a photo studio to Tacoma. She is utilizing her space in the South Tacoma Way location. It’s got a bright and airy vibe that is filled with plants. The unique thing about the space is that the plants will always be fresh & poppin! You will even be able to purchase plants at a discount after booking here as well! Photo shoot and plant shopping spree? Um hell yeah!

Now to highlight this awesome small business, Naomi Joe Coffee is a Tacoma based Indie Coffee roaster. The owner Kyle is actually a Tacoma aquaintance of mine I’ve known for years. When I moved to Tacoma over 8 years ago I loved trying new coffee shops and small restaurants. At the time Kyle worked at a cute Beer/Food spot called State Street Beer Co. It’s a really sweet and small local hangout spot that I came to love. I always chatted with Kyle while there and we kept in touch on social. I watched as he grew his business & always wanted to support him in some way. So when I was thinking about who to give a quick shoot to for the marketing of the studio I thought of his business. I know that he will be able to utilize these images in growing his company and am so happy to gift that to him. You can try his coffee inside the Tacoma Seven Seas Brewery as well as order the beans online. He is so passionate about what he does and I hope you get to go try his amazing coffee.
