Gobble Up-Urban Craft Uprising Food Show June 2024 at South Lake Union, Seattle

Every year, the market organizers Urban Craft Uprising delight attendees with a food show known as Gobble Up Northwest. Recently, this exciting event graced South Lake Union, setting up near the Center for Wooden Boats on a charming, partly sunny Saturday in June. The variety of food vendors showcased delectable treats such as Lavender Lemonade, Paella, Korean Cheese dog, and more, captivating the taste buds of visitors. From flavored salts to artisanal hot sauces and olive oils, attendees had the opportunity to sample a plethora of culinary delights, contemplating whether to bring these gourmet treasures into their own kitchens. Besides epicurean delights, local small businesses displayed their handmade wares, ranging from ceramic artists offering unique candles and butter dishes to other talented artisans presenting exquisite wall art and thoughtful gifts for loved ones. Adding to the festivity, a surprise performance by a local brass band injected a lively rhythm into the event, creating memorable moments for all in attendance, including families with children and furry friends. Amalgamating art, food, and community spirit, Gobble Up at Urban Craft Uprising proved to be a delightful experience worth revisiting.
